Middle Island. I have a four stall barn with gate to private trails for rent to the right person for $750.00. Includes roundpen, run-in shed, huge turnout, ring, matted stalls, nightime parking lot lighting, winterized water. Serious inquiries only call Henry 631-680-5791. Owner will not accept more than 3 horses due to Town Code. Owner requires the signing of release, one month's rent to hold the place and security which may be paid over 6 months as added rent. THIS WON'T LAST!
